Die Nationalstraße 2 (jap. 国道2号, Kokudō 2-gō) ist die wichtigste Ost-West-Straße in Japan und durchquert die japanischen Hauptinseln Honshū und Kyūshū von Ōsaka im Zentrum bis Kitakyūshū und trifft hier auf die Nationalstraße 3. Ihr Verlauf folgt dabei im Wesentlichen dem der alten San’yōdō.
