- Propylhexedrin (auch Hexahydrodesoxyephedrin) ist ein zentralnervöses Stimulans, das in den USA als Benzedrex Inhalierstift vermarktet wird. Propylhexedrin ist strukturverwandt mit Methamphetamin.
