Nowzar (persisch نوذر, DMG Nūzar) ist eine Gestalt der persischen Mythologie. Er ist der Sohn von Manutschehr und der zweite König des heroischen Zeitalters. Er wird im achten Buch von Firdausis „Schāhnāme“ beschrieben.
