Die Nippō-Hauptlinie (jap. 日豊本線, Nippō-honsen) ist eine japanische Eisenbahnstrecke, die zwischen den Bahnhöfen Kokura in der Präfektur Fukuoka und Kagoshima in der Präfektur Kagoshima verläuft und von der Kyushu Railway Company (JR Kyushu) betrieben wird.
