NGC 3414 ist eine Balkenspiralgalaxie vom Typ SB0 und liegt im Sternbild Leo Minor. Die Galaxie hat eine Winkelausdehnung von 3,2' × 2,3' und eine scheinbare Helligkeit von 10,9 mag. NGC 3414 wurde am 11. April 1785 von William Herschel entdeckt.
