iCLIP (engl. individual-nucleotide resolution Cross-Linking and ImmunoPrecipitation ‚Quervernetzung und Immunpräzipitation mit Einzelnukleotid-Auflösung‘) ist eine Methode der Biochemie zur Bestimmung von Protein-RNA-Interaktionen. Solche Interaktionen finden z. B. bei Ribonukleoproteinen und Mikro-RNA-enthaltenden Proteinkomplexen statt.
